BERZIHAT: Eating Together Activity

To create a healthy, fit, and productive ASN, BPS Magetan Regency implement “BERZIHAT” (Bersih/Clean, Gizi/ Nutrition, Sehat/Healthy ) program that includes office cleaning activity, eating a nutritious diet, and exercising. Today (23/11), BPS Magetan Regency held eating nutritious foods together in the office.

History recorded that eating together was a primal tradition as a social bind reinforcer from time to time. The hope behind such activity was to create a sense of kinship and togetherness in the BPS Magetan Regency office. This sense of kinship between each employee can increase productivity and reduce friction between each employee.
